  • Do you ship THCA products to my state?

    We ship hemp-derived THCA only where permitted by state law. Adult signature required. Check our up-to-date ship-to list on the THCA collection page—if your state is blocked, we cannot override it.

  • What is your return policy?

    All products: 30 days for refund or exchange if unopened and in original condition. THCA products are final sale unless damaged on arrival. Contact us for an RMA before sending anything back.

  • How should I store sea moss gel and magnesium butter?

    Sea moss gel: refrigerate on arrival, use within 3 weeks or freeze portions. Magnesium butter: store at room temperature; if it melts, stir and refrigerate to reset. Cold-chain items ship Monday–Wednesday only.

  • Are your products third-party tested?

    Yes. Every batch of THCA, sea moss, and magnesium is tested by an ISO/IEC 17025 lab. COAs are linked on product pages and stored in our compliance vault.

  • Do I need to sign for my THCA order?

    Yes. All THCA shipments require adult (21+) signature at delivery via USPS Priority. No exceptions.

  • What makes your tallow and sea moss different?

    Our tallow is grass-fed, kettle-rendered from regional farms. Sea moss is wildcrafted, Atlantic-harvested, never pool-grown, and slow-dried to keep minerals intact. Clean by default means we show you the source.
